Refund Policy

VECTA ANIMAL HEALTH – REFUND POLICY

 

A Refund will only be issued on manufacturing defects or damaged product. The below steps must be satisfied within 48 hours (two days) of delivery in order to receive a refund. Aside from defective or damaged products, all sales are final and non-refundable as VECTA Animal Health cannot be confident in the method in which the received product has been stored.

1)      Please send a refund request to accounts@VECTAAnimalHealth.com detailing the reason and circumstances of the refund request including your invoice number. You will receive a response (within three working days) via email or phone from a VECTA Animal Health representative to inform you of either the acceptance of the refund or the reasons why the refund request has been rejected. If your refund request has been accepted please see step 2 below.

3)      Once item has been received by VECTA Animal Health you will be contacted via email or phone to confirm receipt. A refund will then be issued to you within       seven working days of receiving the confirmation, less a 5% processing fee on the total value of the invoice (including taxes and freight/handling).

 

International Sales

All International sales are final and non-refundable. As the Purchaser, you accept complete and whole responsibility of ensuring the product(s) being purchased are able to be legally imported into your respective country, passing respective Customs requirements. Any shipments that are blocked from entering the delivery country by Customs and are required to be either destroyed or returned to the sender (VECTA Animal Health or its affiliate) will be so with the complete cost being the sole responsibility of the Purchaser including any duties, taxes and/or freight payable. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for any product(s) that do not successfully clear Customs as the Purchaser accepts responsibility for customs requirements. For orders paid by bank transfer and product(s) destroyed or returned at a cost to VECTA, then your account will be charged in full the associated cost of your order being destroyed or returned to sender.
